Pine furniture can go from plain orange to something so beautiful with some imagination and materials.  
These pine chest of drawers needed a change from just being orange pine.
So we decided on one of my favourite re design prima furniture transfer Ruby rose.
And it definitely gives this pieces the wow factory.
Painted in dixie belle deep sea and blended with bunkers Hill blue 
and sun kisses chalk paint by dixie Bell also.
They come with plenty of storage with its 4 drawers , the  bases of each drawers  are made from ply board.8
We have replaced the old pine handles with some flower design ones to tie in wity the design,these were given a good clean and a fresh new coat of paint to match in with the gold on the drawers.
Throughtout this piece we have used gold leaf  on the top section with a french stencil. gold pigment paint for the stripes and on the wooden mouldings on either side , more stencils and resin moulds 
It has a lot of design work aswell as the use of the transfer.
